St. Augustine, Fla. (February 12, 2026) – One of golf's biggest and most prestigious events returns to Ponte Vedra March 10-15. THE PLAYERS Championship is six days packed with action from the world's finest golfers, fun activities, and that beautiful Florida weather.
The 2026 THE PLAYERS field will feature a 120-player line-up headlined by top PGA talent. Among the players set to hit the links at this year's PLAYERS are defending champion Rory McIlroy, two-time PLAYERS champ Scottie Scheffler, Keegan Bradley, and Brooks Koepka. Rory McIlroy triumphed in 2025, winning his 28th PGA TOUR title and becoming the eighth man to win multiple PLAYERS Championships.
One of Ponte Vedra's true jewels, the Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass is as legendary as the athletes who play it. It is the world's first true stadium course, designed by renowned golf course architect Pete Dye. This balanced course is best known for its iconic Island Green on the 17th hole, which is notoriously challenging. The tournament has seen many notable winners, including Fred Couples, Steve Elkington, Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods, and Rory McIlroy. Jack Nicklaus remains the only three-time winner.
The Stadium Course is beloved by fans because it prioritizes the spectator experience. It can accommodate 36,000 fans and offers superb visibility and easy navigation. Covered bleachers with comfortable seating overlook game-defining holes, including the 10th, 12th, 13th, and 16th. Golf fans can elevate their PLAYERS experience by booking exclusive hospitality experiences like the Intracoastal Club. Situated between holes 12 and 13, the open-air Intracoastal Club offers abundant televisions, high-top seating, and upscale food and beverage options.
New year, members of THE PLAYERS Club, the tournament's premier hospitality offering, can enjoy exclusive access to Iron & Wedge, a luxury steakhouse dining venue. Inside Iron & Wedge, members will enjoy a refined culinary experience with views of the 18th green, featuring USDA Prime Angus and American Wagyu steaks, seared sea bass, lobster mac and cheese, truffle parmesan pommes frites, tuna tartare, and jumbo shrimp cocktails.
THE PLAYERS continues its steadfast commitment to active-duty, retired, reserve, and National Guard members through its Military Appreciation offerings. They offer a lineup of complimentary and discounted ticket options for active and retired military. Patriots' Outpost is an exclusive military lounge near the Number 16 tee. THE PLAYERS Military Appreciation Concert kicks off Tuesday, March 10, on the iconic 17th Island Green Hole with a family-friendly performance by three-time GRAMMY Award-winner Ludacris.
Stadium passes, VIP Concert tickets, elevated experience upgrades, military tickets, and parking passes are on sale now at www.theplayers.com/tickets. The event is kid-friendly, with children under 15 free with a paying adult.
