   Redfish Poke Bar by Foodland is a modern, casual restaurant built around the simple idea of “cold beer, hot rice, and great poke.” Created by Foodland, the locally owned Hawai'i company founded in 1948 and widely recognized as a leader in poke, Redfish brings the flavors locals love to a relaxed, approachable setting.

  The menu features a wide variety of poke, from classic ahi to spicy and plant-based options, served as customizable bowls or fresh salads. Guests can also enjoy a lineup of craveable comfort dishes, including crispy chicken wings, grilled meats, and globally inspired vegetable plates. To drink, Redfish offers Hawaii craft beers along with tropical cocktails crafted by mixologists using local fruit.

   Located on the ground floor of the Wayfinder Waikiki along Ala Wai Boulevard, Redfish Poke Bar is open daily from early morning through late evening, making it an easy stop for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks in a stylish island atmosphere.
