Originally launched during the festive season from December 22 to 31, 2023, this exclusive offering continues to evolve, with rotating rare vintages available in limited quantities while supplies last.

Montrachet, Baron Thénard 2019
$400 per 4oz glass
A benchmark expression of Chardonnay from what is often regarded as the finest vineyard in the world, Le Montrachet. This wine offers remarkable elegance, depth, and complexity, showcasing the pinnacle of Burgundian craftsmanship.
Château Pétrus, Pomerol 1999
$1,750 per 4oz glass
Revered as one of the most legendary wines ever produced, Pétrus delivers an exceptional tasting experience with its velvety texture, profound depth, and layered aromatics. A true icon for collectors and connoisseurs alike.
Château d'Yquem, 1er Cru Supérieur, Sauternes 1999

Salon “Le Mesnil” Blanc de Blancs Champagne 2013

A singular expression of Chardonnay, the 2013 Salon “Le Mesnil” represents the pinnacle of Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Sourced exclusively from the Grand Cru vineyards of Le Mesnil sur Oger, this rare vintage reveals shimmering golden hues, vibrant citrus, floral elegance, and chalk driven minerality, layered with notes of orchard fruit, toasted hazelnut, and subtle pastry richness. A testament to Salon's uncompromising craftsmanship and heritage.
The Post Hotel & Spa's wine cellar, located beneath the original 1940s log lodge and accessible from the Dining Room, houses more than 20,000 bottles spanning over 3,600 labels. Many wines continue to age quietly and are not yet listed, including prized Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Barolo vintages. Over 95 percent of the collection was acquired at release and has been carefully cellared on site.
Rare wines offered by the glass are thoughtfully curated and may change throughout the year as selections evolve. All offerings are subject to availability while quantities last.
