Local Banff and Canmore residents have a new reason to look forward to Mondays: The Prow Food & Drink at Buffalo Mountain Lodge is launching Pasta Mondays, a weekly celebration of mountain-made comfort food and unique wines at unbeatable prices.

Starting January 20th, 2025, diners can enjoy any of The Prow's handcrafted pasta dishes at half price (all under $15), including a rotating weekly special that showcases bold flavours and seasonal ingredients from Chef Lancelot Monteiro.

The menu also features gluten-free options and kid-friendly dishes, ensuring something for everyone at the table. To complete the experience, wine lovers can pair their meal with a glass for only $6 with selections changing weekly to keep things fresh.

Located on Tunnel Mountain, The Prow offers a dining experience that reflects the rugged beauty and natural bounty of the Canadian Rockies. With a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a menu crafted to celebrate the region's flavours, Pasta Mondays invites locals to gather with friends and family, indulge in fresh and delicious meals, and relax – all while keeping their savings at peak elevation.
