Located on the exterior of the hotel's historic Landmark Building nestled between the original north and south wings, these unique spaces offer sweeping views of Union Square and the beloved cable cars, creating an unforgettable setting in the heart of the city.

The addition of the Terraces enhances the hotel's standing as one of the city's most sought-after destinations for events and celebrations. With more than 56,000 square feet of flexible space across 36 meeting rooms in the Landmark and Tower buildings, The Westin St. Francis seamlessly blends historic grandeur with modern luxury, now with the added beauty and flexibility of open-air elegance.

Both spaces feature a pergola equipped with built-in heaters, making them suitable for year-round use. Decorative elements can be suspended overhead, allowing for full customization and a festive atmosphere.

• The North Terrace offers 1,216 square feet of space and can accommodate up to 100 guests. It is ideal for cocktail receptions, wedding ceremonies, and elegant gatherings.
• The South Terrace spans 826 square feet and can welcome up to 90 guests, making it perfect for more intimate affairs and stylish pre-function events.

Connecting the Terraces is the newly refreshed Union Square space, comprised of 1,888 square feet that can host up to 160 guests for a reception-style event. The seamless flow between the spaces allows for effortless transitions from outdoor cocktails to dinner and dancing indoors or a reception for 250 guests
