Traverse City, Mich. — Traverse City Food & Wine will return in 2026 during the third week of August. Traverse City Tourism today announced the celebration of the culinary and beverage scene will be held for five days starting on Wednesday. August 19th and wrapping up Sunday, August 23rd.

Details of the event are still being planned, but organizers say it will again include celebrity chefs, cooking demonstrations and seminars, farm tours, along with food and wine pairings. The main stage will again feature the Grand Tasting, which will be held on Saturday, August 22.

“With the wide variety of freshly grown fruits, vegetables, fish, and meats, the Traverse City area has a unique story to tell,” said Traverse City Tourism Chief Operating Officer, Whitney Waara. “The first year of the event was a resounding success. We've seen that chefs, participants, and winemakers are enthusiastic about returning next year.”

This year's inaugural Traverse City Food & Wine featured over 80 events, and most of them were sold out. The headliner was celebrity chef Tyler Florence, a Food Network veteran and celebrated cookbook author. Visitors from 34 states attended the event.

“We were able to showcase the diversity and creativity of our culinary and craft beverage scene, and that helped attract visitors to the region,” said Traverse City Tourism President Trevor (tah-KACH).

Traverse City Food & Wine is presented by 4Front Credit Union and organized by Traverse City Tourism. More information about the event is available at www.TraverseCityFoodAndWine.com.
