Mark your calendars for Wednesday, October 1 at 10 a.m. Central Time.

Grapevine, Texas (September 30, 2025) – It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year! Grapevine offers more than 1,400 events in 40 days during the Christmas Capital of Texas®. Tickets go on sale for events and experiences Wednesday, October 1 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased online only at ChristmasCapitalofTexas.com.

EXPERIENCES AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE OCTOBER 1:

Santa's North Pole Express - Experience the beloved tradition aboard the festively decorated Grapevine Vintage Railroad presented by AE Texas and Great Wolf Lodge.

• Dates: The excursions run Friday, November 28 – Tuesday, December 30.

(Closed December 24, 25, 26)

• Tickets: $45 - $50 per person for anyone one year old and over.
• Lap rider tickets are available for guests under one-year-old for $6.
• Tickets are sold by the bench to ensure families are seated together. Each bench seats two people.

Christmas Wine Train - Sip on delicious Texas wine aboard festive Grapevine Vintage Railroad coaches. This train is for adults 21+.

• Date: Friday, November 21, 7:25 p.m. departure, 21+
• Tickets: $56 per person, tickets sold by the bench. Each bench ($112) seats two.

Peace Plaza Ice Rink- Skate under the stars on a Texas-sized outdoor ice-skating rink presented by Baylor Scott & White Grapevine Medical Center.

• Dates: Saturday, November 22 – Tuesday, January 6, 2026 (Closed November 27 and December 25)
• Tickets: $20 per person for a one-hour session and includes ice skates.

Winter Wonderland Bubbles – Hotel Vin's infamous Bubbles on the WineYard feature fur blankets, heaters and decadent treats. Tickets on sale October 1. 

Create Ornament Events ($65) and Snowmen Ornament Create Events ($75) at Vetro Glassblowing Studio will begin Tuesday, November 11 through Saturday, January 3. Tickets are on sale now.

Classic Christmas movies at the Historic Palace Theatre- See classics including Elf, Home Alone, White Christmas, It's A Wonderful Life and more!

• Tickets: $10 per person
  
  

Christmas Cartoons & Crafts at the Lancaster Theatre- Watch classic Christmas cartoons including A Charlie Brown Christmas and Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas, while making a fun Christmas-themed craft.

• Tickets: $8 for children (includes the craft, popcorn and a drink), $4 for adults.

Live Christmas concerts at the Historic Palace Theatre- Enjoy Broadway-style performances from The Texas Tenors, Kraig Parker's Elvis Christmas Show, the music of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and more. (These tickets are on sale now.)

• Tickets: Event prices vary. $25 - $50 per person

A Cold Hearted Christmas at Texas Star Dinner Theater will open Friday, November 21 and run through New Year's Eve (Wednesday, December 31). Shows are Thursday through Sunday at 5 p.m. There will be an additional show on Saturdays and Sundays at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale now.

Hometown Christmas- The Grapevine Tower Gallery is transformed into vignettes of a classic Christmas town preparing for Christmas. This year Hometown Christmas is expanding into the Settlement to City Museums for even more fun! (Closed December 24, 25, 26)

• Dates: Friday, November 28 – Sunday, January 4, 2026 (Closed December 24, 25, 26 and January 1)
• Tickets: $3 per person

Nash Farm Farmstead Christmas Celebration: Experience what Christmas was like for settlers on the Grape Vine Prairie.

• Date: Saturday, December 6
• Tickets: $5 per person
