TOKYO SKYTREE is the tallest structure in Japan that operates as a broadcasting and telecommunications tower as well as a viewpoint.

Showcasing Japan's architectural might and technological advancements, it was the tallest broadcasting tower in the world upon completion in 2012 at 634 metres high. It has become a landmark of Tokyo, and a renowned attraction not to be missed.

Situated in Sumida, close to the historical Asakusa, TOKYO SKYTREE features stunning observation decks where you can immerse yourself in breathtaking, panoramic views of Tokyo's vast and seemingly endless metropolis.

Here's how you can elevate your TOKYO SKYTREE experience.

Start your day at the TEMBO DECK

Purchasing a Morning View Ticket provides admission to the TEMBO DECK from as early as 9:00 AM on Sundays and public holidays and 10:00 AM from Monday to Saturday, so you can enjoy a relaxing morning with fewer visitors compared to the afternoon.

This ticket also includes a drink and a snack at SKYTREE CAFE350, providing more value than the standard admission ticket, and the opportunity to spend more time savouring the view.

Wandering an observation deck 350 metres in the air will feel as though you're strolling in the sky. Here you can admire boats on the Sumida River, spot the skyscrapers of Shinjuku and Shibuya, and even Mt. Fuji on a clear day.

It is only in the morning that you can witness the incredible blue sky through the broad windows of TOKYO SKYTREE, which can be a mysterious blue with wisps of white, or a crisp cobalt hue depending on the weather.

Taking in this delightful view with a drink and snack at SKYTREE CAFE350, Japan's highest café, is sure to elevate your mood, and energise you for a day of exploring Japan's largest city.

Admire the full moon and night view with a special drink

Each month, around the time of the full moon, you can enjoy beautiful, full moon-inspired drinks at TOKYO SKYTREE's secret bar at the TEMBO DECK 350 metres in the air.

It is here that you can gaze at the twinkling lights of Tokyo's vast cityscape, made even more special by the glowing full moon on the horizon.

TOKYO SKYTREE's exterior lighting that changes colour each night reflects the concept that today is connected to tomorrow, and the future expands beyond that. There are three lighting styles of SKYTREE: "Iki," the spirit of Edo, "Miyabi," its aesthetics, and the lively "Nobori."

These colours hope to connect the past and future and reach the hearts of people by incorporating aspects of Edo culture that reflect the history of Shitamachi, the traditional downtown areas of Tokyo.

The special, limited-time drinks inspired by the full moon include:

-Blue Moon (IKI) 1,200 yen
A sophisticated drink with a luxurious mixed berry and aroma that spreads when you pop the full moon-shaped bubble. A vibrant blue cocktail matching SKYTREE's “IKI” lighting.

-Violet Moon (MIYABI) 1,200 yen
A sophisticated drink with a luxurious mixed berry aroma that spreads when you pop the full moon-shaped bubble. A calm, violet-coloured cocktail matching SKYTREE's “MIYABI” lighting.

-Shiny Moon (NOBORI) 1,000 yen
An orange like the full moon is added to the glass. A mocktail with a hint of bitterness from grapefruit and blood orange. A colour inspired by SKYTREE's “NOBORI” lighting.

The SKYTREE ROUND THEATER which encircles 255° of the TEMBO DECK creates a relaxing bar atmosphere with images and visuals projected onto the night view.
