(Macao, June 13, 2024) – Shoppes at Londoner, the upscale British-style mall within The Londoner® Macao, has won the 'Retail Development of the Year – Macau' award at the prestigious Real Estate Asia Awards 2024. Established by industry portal, Real Estate Asia, the peer-judged awards recognise properties that push the boundaries of innovation, redefine the standards of excellence and make a lasting impact on the local community. Shoppes at Londoner is the first and only shopping mall in Macao to have received this recognition.

The expansive mall (over 600,000 square feet) is home to over 150 world-renowned brands, including Bottega Venetta, Burberry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Rolex, and has a growing reputation as being a preferred destination for notable brands, such as Alexander Wang, Maison Margiela and Jil Sander.

This is the second award that Shoppes at Londoner has received since its rebranding started in 2019, standing out for innovatively combining the shopping experience with visitor attractions by featuring meticulously designed details and photogenic spots, such as the Victorian-era feature elevator and replicas of Greater London Blue Plaques. Combined Shoppes at Venetian, Shoppes at Four Seasons, Shoppes at Parisian, and Shoppes at Londoner provide visitors with approximately 850 duty-free retail choices, reaffirming Sands Shoppes Macao's pledge to offer a one-of-a-kind, truly immersive experience, along with Sands Lifestyle's exclusive events.
