RICHMOND, British Columbia (November 15, 2024) - The Dumpling Trail, a can't-miss culinary experience from Tourism Richmond, has been revitalized with new additions that showcase the most delectable dumplings on this side of the Pacific. The world-famous trail, in partnership with the Culinary Tourism Alliance, guides visitors to a mouthwatering list of restaurants and features an array of quality handmade dumpling dishes.

 

A staple on Asian tables and Western fusion menus, the humble dumpling showcases the best of Richmond's cultural richness. The Dumpling Trail is an open path for locals and visitors alike to discover the global culinary experience to be had in Richmond.

From those who have never tried dumpling before, to culinary enthusiasts in search of a new favourite, the curated set of dining experiences was designed for The Dumpling Trail to be approachable for all tastebuds. Among the Trail's 17 featured eateries, standout dishes along The Dumpling Trail include the array of dim sum offerings from The Jade Seafood Restaurant, Yuu Japanese Tapas' contemporary Gyoza, and the Bánh Bôt Loc from authentic Vietnamese restaurant Bánh Mì Très Bon.
