Base Eat & Heat Sauna Restaurant- Opened in mid-December 2024 at Ruka ski resort's Saarua peak, Base Eat & Heat sauna restaurant offers delicious dining and an authentic Finnish sauna experience while admiring the breathtaking views to the Lappish nature. In the sauna area, guests can relax on the outdoor terrace amidst the warmth of the hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the cold plunge pool. The venue will also host a restaurant where quality lunches and evening dining experiences will be offered overlook the Valtavaara Nature Reserve and the northern sky.

WNTR Sauna & Ice Swimming- WNTR Sauna is a much requested addition to ice swimming in Rovaniemi: from the sauna, you can dip in the icy waters of the river Kemijoki, warm up by a cosy campfire and enjoy northern flavours in the form of hot reindeer goulash soup.The experience also includes a sauna host, who tells stories about the sauna history and Finnish sauna traditions, and guides you through the secrets of sauna bathing.

Moomins' 80th Anniversary Year- The Moomins, Finland's beloved kind and peace-loving characters, mark their 80th year in 2025 with festivities running throughout the country, championing the whimsy and warmth that have captured hearts worldwide:

Revel in the genius of Tove Jansson at the dedicated exhibition until early April  HAM Helsinki, celebrate her birthday at the world's only Moomin museum in Tampere Hall in August and join exhibition at Helsinki Architecture & Design Museum starting in October that unveils a new perspective on Jansson's art.

Finlandia Hall Re-Opening- Helsinki's architectural marvel, Finlandia Hall, swings open its doors once more, meticulously renovated. This iconic space will be boasting exciting exhibitions, new restaurant concepts, and original Alvar Aalto-designed accommodation spaces opening to the public for the first time. 

Frozen People Festival- In anticipation of Finland's Oulu to begin its reign as European Capital of Culture in 2026, you should journey to Oulu already in March 2025 to experience Frozen People festival, a celebration of contemporary electronic music and Northern art. The Room by Kozeen Shiwan- A new Michelin star was born in Helsinki in 2024. This intimate restaurant offers a 14-seat immersive sensory dining experience based around the life of Chef Kozeen Shiwan.
