Evenfall
Leaving the main road with sweeping views overlooking the banks of the kanamaluka / Tamar River in Legana, Tasmania. Evenfall Restaurant is a small-scale vineyard restaurant with a farm-to-table ethos, and a sustainable vision whilst focusing on Tasmanian produce. Offering a shared dining experience with wood-fired cooking. Set to become one of Australia's best, bookings are essential. Tatler Lane
All-day Brunch Cafe, Cocktail and Wine Bar, Dinner Experience and Event Space, Sweetbrew Coffee Roasters' roasting house and new multi-cultural hub in the CBD of Launceston, Tasmania. Tatler Lane by Sweetbrew also features their own roastery, with a focus on educating the community about coffee, from how the bean is cultivated to how it ends up in your cup.

Bread & Butter - Third Launceston Outlet

Bread + Butter has opened its third Launceston outlet on Cimitiere St. The team continues to deliver delicious and exceptional bread, pastries, coffee, and breakfast to the community every single day of the year.

Clover Hill – Clover’s Kitchen Multi-Course Dining Experience
Clover Hill is one of Tasmania’s premier sparkling houses, established in 1986 on the site of an old dairy farm in north-east Tasmania for the sole purpose of producing sparkling wines to rival those of Champagne. Exclusively utilising traditional methods, gaining a reputation for its uncompromising quality, elegance and finesse. Clover Hill has recently launched Clover’s Kitchen Multi-Course Dining Experience, using seasonal and locally sourced produce, the ever-changing menu is created to match and enhance a range of sparkling wines. This experience is available Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm to 2:00pm only.

Felix Espresso & Wine
A day & night pasta & wine bar in the heart of Launceston, showcasing a rotating chef’s menu of fresh pasta, small plates and desserts alongside a curated selection of wines from Tasmania, Australia, and beyond. The vibrant, funky and modern venue, makes you feel at home whilst enjoying the Italo-Australian fusion. Everyday is a celebration at Felix, located on Launceston’s CBD fringe, just a mere stone’s throw away from the city centre

Ghost Rock
Ghost Rock Wines is a family-owned winery, located on the beautiful North Coast of Tasmania. Just 15 minutes from Devonport/Spirit of Tasmania, one hour from Launceston and Cradle Mountain. The Ghost Rock Eatery offers a comfortable and relaxed space to gather with friends and family. Working collaboratively with local growers, producers and makers, the ever-changing menu is guided by the seasons. The food philosophy is much like their wine philosophy - minimal intervention and let the quality of the produce shine.

South

Pitzi
Pitzi is a little place by the Fico crew, located on a small street in the centre of Hobart. An aperitivo and pasta bar, open Tuesday to Saturday from 4.00pm. Friday from 12.00pm, perfect for a long Friday lunch. Walk-ins are always welcome at Pitzi. Their motto: Eat, drink, and be merry.

Westside Laundromat
From the big apple to the apple isle - Westside Laundry is a cosy New York-style diner serving deli sandwiches, bagels, coffee, share plates, bar snacks & drinks. Once the sun sets, they offer an assortment of different plates, including a charcuterie plate with cold cuts, fresh bread and house-pickled veg and, a little hashbrowns with caviar. Join them for breakfast, lunch and dinner at 87 Goulburn St, West Hobart, in the heritage-listed art deco building that was once a laundromat.

Restaurant Maria
Recently opened, Maria is located at the end of the award-winning Brooke Street Pier, sitting in the shadow of Mt Wellington and overlooking the, active harbour of Hobart. The food ethos at Maria is simple: to provide a premium Mediterranean-inspired dining experience, with a delectable menu celebrating the finest of local and Australian-sourced produce, and traditional Mediterranean flavours and cooking techniques.

Brunch at Erda
Opening in February 2024, Erda is a 40-seat cosy neighbourhood cafe located on the northwestern fringe of Hobart CBD. Edra believes in creating a community hub where people can come together, enjoy great food and drink, and experience the warmth and hospitality that the cafe has to offer. Open Monday to Sunday, from 8 am to 2 pm.

Ogee
Ogee is a meeting place, on a small corner in North Hobart’s outskirts, to celebrate the simplistic beauty of great food, great wine, and sharing it with great company. Ogee takes influence from everything local and Tasmanian in all its glory, alongside French and Italian cultural and culinary traditions, to present something humble, yet finessed. They are open Thursday and Sunday evenings from 5 pm, and Saturday and Sunday for lunch from noon.

Mr Minty’s
Discover Mr Minty’s, a vibrant oasis in Hobart's Salamanca. Conveniently located steps from the wharf, it's an ideal spot for cruise ship explorers or passengers of the MONA ferry. Indulge in artisan coffee, sweet treats, and a lunch menu available on Monday, Thursday and Friday, with leisurely brunches on weekends. Inspired by Tasmania's bountiful offerings, their menu champions local and sustainable ingredients, ensuring a taste of the island in every bite.

The Kiln
The Kiln offers a unique and special dining experience. Housed in a converted barn dating back to 1862, with the addition of the oast house tower built in 1911, this restaurant provides a charming and historic ambience. Located in Ranelagh, in Tasmania's stunning Huon Valley, and just a 3-minute drive from the main street in Huonville, it caters to families and offers a range of dining options. Whether you're seeking a leisurely and delightful lunch with your favourite company or a quick and delicious takeaway coffee, The Kiln has something for everyone.

The Izzy Bar
The Izzy Bar is a chilled-out expression of how the locals live, grow, harvest, ferment, pickle, eat and drink on Bruny Island. Resident artisan bakers cook with fire in the woodfired oven, creating wild fermented sourdough pizzas, flatbreads and marinated delights. The onsite orchard and herb gardens guide the menu, and neighbours deliver produce by bicycle – goat curd, gin and apple schnapps. The Izzy Bar overlooks Isthmus Bay, The Neck, and is a little hidden gem. Tasmanian wines, beer, cider and cocktails are available too! You’ll find it on Bruny Island Main Road, South Bruny.

Agrarian Kitchen Eatery – New garden dining experience
The Agrarian Kitchen is located in the small town of New Norfolk in Tasmania’s Derwent Valley, just a 30-minute drive from Hobart. A truly local food experience is the essence of The Agrarian Kitchen, the set menu that sources ingredients from their garden, the community garden across the road and a network of local gardeners, producers, farmers and fishermen. The Agrarian Kitchen has introduced a new dining experience, with guests now able to begin their dining experience with the first course set amongst the raised herb and vegetable beds in the centre of the garden. Guests can explore the garden at their leisure before being guided to te restaurant to continue the set menu.

The Old Bank at Geeveston
The Old Bank of Geeveston is an Art Deco heritage-listed property originally constructed in 1937 as the First Commercial Bank Of Australia for the town of Geeveston. The emphasis here is on game meats sourced mostly from local farms focusing on sustainability and governance. You’ll experience something wild, something pure and something Tasmanian, to evoke the essence of the past. This is reflected in our craft, making almost everything on the premises, just like the bygone era.

Harvest and Light
Harvest and Light is a unique combination of photographic gallery and small-batch picklery. A light and relaxing space to enjoy a selection of the local preserves made on-site. Choose to sit and enjoy a grazing platter highlighting the preserves made and sold on-site or enjoy a tasting flight of locally produced wine and spirits. A modest share plate style menu complements both the preserves and the wine sold on site.

Marla Singer
Marla Singer is a neighbourhood eatery in Bellerive. They serve coffee and brunch, wine and small plates. They are open on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 8 am to 3 pm and on Friday and Saturday from 8 am to Late.

Larder & Vin
Larder & Vin located in Richmond, is a local spot to immerse, sample, savour and experience all that makes you feel good, all that is good. The Larder is brimming with a highly curated selection of local charcuteries, cheeses, preserves, conserves, and fresh seasonal goods. Load up your basket with some freshly baked bread, local prosciutto, olive-flecked mortadella, ripe local brie and a bottle of grape, to guarantee a divine picnic or respite in the osteria.
