Housed inside a National Historic Landmark, the Guild House Hotel originated as the “New Century Guild,” a club started in the 1880s to support working women. Today, the hotel pays tribute to its female founders by telling one of their stories in each of its twelve expansive suites, all designed by a female-owned and operated agency. They partner with minority-owned businesses in Philadelphia to connect their guests with luxury products created by a diverse roster of entrepreneurs and host themed “fireside chats” featuring community speakers.

Quality Inn – Center City

A 120-year-old Washington Square West building has rebranded as a Quality Inn. The building is on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places and houses 45 guest rooms with modern amenities. After a fire occurred in 2020, the building went through renovations and the hotel has been restored to great condition.

Philadelphia Hotel Bella Vista

Morris House Hotel

Recognized by Historic Hotels of America, the Morris House Hotel is a piece of history preserved through hospitality. The hotel, built in 1787, has been renovated into one of Old City's most charming boutique hotels, capturing the spirit of the surrounding streets. Revolutionary in style and renovation, the Morris House Hotel features 17 guest rooms with 24-hour concierge service, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary grab-n-go breakfast and afternoon refreshments.

The Thomas Bond House Bed & Breakfast

Rest like a revolutionary at The Thomas Bond House Bed & Breakfast, a restored 1769 guest house formerly owned by the National Park Service in Independence National Historical Park. Built by Dr. Thomas Bond, cofounder of the first public hospital with Benjamin Franklin, the four-story house is an important example of the classical revival “Georgian” style architecture. The boutique features 12 period-accurate furnished guest rooms, each with a private bath, TV, and phone.

Yowie Hotel

Designer Shannon Maldonado turned the aesthetic of her Yowie lifestyle store into the Yowie Hotel, a pop-art paradise. Each of the boutique hotel's rooms features a unique vibe that offers guests an artsy and authentic Philadelphia stay. The hotel also creates custom itineraries curated to each guests' specific tastes, one-of-a-kind local art, and listings highlighting hip happenings around the city. The Yowie Hotel is available to rent for group events, such as company retreats and after-parties.

Chestnut Hill Hotel

Visitors taking in Philadelphia's countryside will experience comfort and convenience at the historic Chestnut Hill Hotel. Constructed in 1894 to replace an existing Inn, the Hotel degenerated into a speakeasy during Prohibition and later a retail complex. Today, the property has been restored and renovated to its original grandeur and has received a 3 Diamond AAA Rating. They have six different room types with entertainment options, a 24/7 fitness center, and onsite parking.

Hotel Anna & Bel

Hotel Anna & Bel stands as the latest boutique hotel coming to the Fishtown neighborhood. The property has a rich history, dating back to the 18th century and having once functioned as the Penn Asylum for Indigent Widows and Single Women. The hotel's plans include 50 rooms featuring amenities such as a courtyard, an outdoor heated pool, a fitness area, a restaurant, and a bar. Bastia, the hotel's Mediterranean restaurant led by chef Tyler Akin, promises a menu focused on vegetables and seafood. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2024.

Society Hill Hotel

Constructed in 1832, the Society Hill Hotel building boasts a diverse history. The building has served as an oyster cellar, a Civil War recruiting station, a railroad and steamship ticket office, and a cigar store over the years. The hotel found new ownership in May 2021, acquired by the cofounders of United By Blue, a local apparel company and coffee shop. The co-founders' renovation plans include 15 rooms, a cafe, restaurant, and a whiskey bar, poised to bring renewed life to this historically significant space. The hotel does not currently have a target opening date.
