
ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando visitors are truly spoiled for choice with more than 490 unique properties spanning luxury, themed hotels and some of the most kid-pleasing rooms in the world at every price point. Orlando continues to experience significant growth that extends into accommodations, with the second-highest number of hotel rooms anywhere in the U.S. Below are some of Central Florida's newest properties and expansions:
- The Alfond Inn at Rollins, the award-winning boutique hotel in the heart of historic Winter Park, underwent an expansion that was completed in the summer of 2023. In addition to the renovation of the existing 112 rooms and suites in the hotel, the expansion included an additional 71 luxury guestrooms and suites, a lobby café and a new spa that features seven treatment rooms.
- Waldorf Astoria Orlando underwent a comprehensive, multi-phase reimagination, debuted in December 2023. The property-wide redesign encompasses the resort's rooms and suites, lobby space and select culinary outlets, including the award-winning restaurant Bull & Bear; Waldorf Astoria Spa and the prestigious 18-hole golf course.
- Evermore Orlando Resort debuted on Jan. 1 as a re-imagined 10,000-bedroom complex, offering an array of stay experiences from single homes and villas to flats. Also onsite, a new Conrad Orlando, features 433 rooms, including 51 regular suites and 10 spacious family suites. Other highlights include 40,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, a tranquil spa, numerous dining options and a signature rooftop experience.
- Villatel Orlando Resort, situated within the International Drive area, began a phased opening in late 2023, offering private villa rentals with hotel-style standards and amenities. The property will eventually include an adventure water park with multi-story slides and a lazy river, a fully equipped fitness center, a full-service restaurant and children's playgrounds. Upon full completion in 2025, the entire resort will have 526 units with apartment-style suites and single-family homes.
- Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando added new additions, including the upscale Altira Rooftop Pool Lounge, where guests can savor seasonally influenced dishes and specialty cocktails – and reimagined spaces like the property's signature restaurant, The Boheme; the Bösendorfer Lounge; and guest rooms.
TECH-SAVVY HOTELS

- Among the world's most innovative new hotels, Lake Nona Wave Hotel is hardwired to ensure technology is thoughtful and seamless. - Loews Royal Pacific Resort features Jurassic WorldKids' Suites that transport little ones right to the island of Isla Nublar, complete with beds designed after the circular gyrosphere ride from the movie.
